| WINTER FORMAL WAS SUPERBOMBDIGGITYFREAKINGAWESOME
Thanks Jingjing, i had a blast....=)
So i got my tux and everything and got a haircut right next to the place where i ordered the flowers. then went home took a shower, cut my nails, and shaved and everything. i noticed that i like to be on top of things when i do something important. so i was ready at 5:24, when we were supposed to meet at 5:30 and then i called Jing and they were like "NONONONONO wait 10-15 minutes, we're not ready!!!" and im like -_- i hate being not on time. o well i played some wii in my tuxedo and all that jazz to pass the time =) haha i put my keys in the fridge to not forget to bring the flowers. pretty smart huh? so anyways i go to Jingjing's house for the first time and all these girls i didnt know were there doing their hair and dresses. So dinner...i thought we were going to Cheesecake Factory, but it turned out that we were going to TGI Fridays. i was kinda disappointed cuz i already knew what i wanted to order at cheesecake, but o well. We were the first ones there cuz we were lucky that we found parking closeby. We had to wait like 30 minutes to get half of the people, cuz ppl went home cuz they wanted to do more prettying and stuff. o well so yea. Dinner was great, it took forever for the food to come. Jingjing and i shared a meal, cuz we wanna go to formal and eat the stuff there(which was amazing). So it was 8 when we ended dinner and then we went to the Avalon for WF. When we arrived, there was a HUGE line just to get in, cuz of security check and stuff. So we went to rite aid and bought energy drinks to get our hyphy on. Then we meet Annie and the group and got in line with them.
After we got in, we wanted to take pictures first before we get all hot and sweaty, but the line was soooo loong. While we were waiting, we heard teh DJ play some good songs, we we're like yay good DJ. As it turned out, in the middle he played some ehh random songs. So during the dance, we went around to different groups, cuz we fit into all of them. =) It was just really chill and stuff. It was so much better than i expected. when the DJ played a random/bad song, we just went to get some drinks or to the fondue fountain. ahh =). So then after "Unbelievable" by Craig Davd, which was our theme, we decided to go to In-n-out cuz thats the only store open that late. It was funny cuz lotsa ppl went and there was so many people in dresses and tuxedos eating fast food. I talked with a buncha people and just enjoyed my day. =)

| hmm lets see what happened within the last 2 weeks
So Winter Formal Drama over the groups and stuff =( i never expected this to be problematic because i thought it was mostly already set up. ehh o well. i hope its still going to be okay. WE ARE NOT GETTING A LIMO, i'm sorry, but thats just WAY to expensive for something we can drive to in 5 minutes.
I got my SAT score back, 670 in Critical reading, 780 in math, and 650 in Writing for 2100 total. Basically, i improved in math by 90 points, deproved in writing by 50 points, and improved in Critical reading by 30 points. I'm happy with my score because my goal was 2100 or over, so yay i made it. on that note, my none of my scores will matter if i don't finish my college apps, which i only need to finish the essay. But i'm still WAY behind. like WAY WAY WAY behind.
Black friday was fun and exciting, i guess. but WAY tiring. So i went to Sandee's house for thanksgiving and we had good food. My sister and i made a yam casserole, and it was suprisengly good. haha i say that because i helped make it and i saw all the mistakes that occurred =P So afterwards, we went to black friday in Gilroy. the line was so freaking long. So much traffic at 11pm . So we decided to go in the 3rd lane and make a u turn afterwards. Then we saw the car crash right in front of the exit to go to the intersection, and the space in front of it was completely open, so we hurriedly turned right and exited. I feel sorry for the hundreds of cars we passed =P
Then there was a line to GET INTO banana republic. how sad, just to go into the store we waited an hour. Then OV got in line with when we came in and i shopped. The deals we not that great, only 40% off everything, but all the stuff were from last year and it didn't look that great. I got 2 tshitrs and some boxers(i love their boxers, soooo soft and comfy i dunno how they do it). Then i got in line and OV went shopping. haha we're smart to save time like that. Then we went home, and i was too tired to get up at 5am and go to VF cuz that was my original plan.
After that, we had our church retreat in somewhere i forgot where. even though it was only for 2 days, it was amazing. All the planning and preparations that went into the event really paid off. I was made a group leader(there were 5 groups) and that was unexpected. It was my first time being a leader for something big like this, but i felt like i did pretty good. The first day, we broke off into groups and had a team name, ours was sandstorm, we'll blow you away =) haha. Then we went around on a treasure hunt, each station with its own activity and how it relates to the theme, which was "finding treasure" It was really well thought out and it was fun and yet it taught a lot. Then we had worship practice, we sang some new songs and it went really well. Good job emerson and yining for leading, it was really hard with the not as good sound system and small space. After worship and a sermon, we just chilled. Jeff taught me a bit on guitar, to groove with the music and to play clean and defined. To learn new chords, power chords and 9s. I forgot some of it already. Then we went to our cabins, where Emerson called a group meeting and the younger guys talked about what they thought about our fellowship and how we could improve. I think we communicated really well and they were honest in their responses. Good job emerson, i would never have done something like that. Then we played a little bit of t/d =P haha i learned some interesting stuff. The next day we had worship again and then a bit of soaking time. Sandee came over and prayed for me and said some stuff that was right on. I hope i can take her words to heart and change into a better person. Then we had practice time for our skits. Our theme was finding treasure in personal relationships. (like bf/gf kind of stuff) Winnie was really good at thinking about our theme and at planning the stuff. We had 3 different situations, one when this popular guy cannot choose which girl to go out with, one when this guy likes a girl but shes going out with another guy, and another when a married couple fight over spending time with each other. Then we offered solutions, as in finding treasure in God, finding treasure in yourself, and finding treasure in each other, respectively. I think we did a Job and Clement was sooooooooo funny. The other skits i watched were good also. Hope i can watch a video of our skits. Then our camp was over. It was only 2 days long and stuf, but it felt like it was a whole week cuz we did so much.
Ok i need to do hw now bye
